Happy Memorial Day!
Today it´s been Memorial Day! (It´s a day when Americans think about and are greatful for everything the troops are doing)
So, there was no school for us today, which was super nice! The weather has been AMAZING all day and i´ve been walking all over town! I started walking more than half way over to Brooklyn and back, on the Brooklyn Bridge of course, but it was so FREAKING hot on the bridge so I think I would have fainted if I had walked all the way..
When I came back to Manhattan I walked to Century 21 where I waited for Anna to come and meet up with me.
When Anna came we went to the Staten Island Ferry and took it to Staten Island!
It was lovely down in Staten Island harbour!
We were at Staten Island for about an hour before we went back to Manhattan and went to the West Village where they have the best Swedish Candy store named Sockerbit! It´s so freaking lovely that it´s there because Swedish candy really is something I would miss unless we had that store! + The owners/staff are so sweet both of them! :D
After that visit we walked to Union Square and took the subway home! Since then i´ve been studying, doing laundry and worked out!
It´s been a GREAT DAY! :D
Now it´s 1.17 am and I should go to take a shower and then go to bed but I really don´t want this long weekend to end :P 
Time for an update!
So, what have I been up too?
Well, I had 2 tests this week.. One that didn´t go that well I think and one that I think went well and it was all a miracle!!!
I was so fed up from studying to that test so since my prof. had told us that we will have 2 questions, one from each chapter I decided to just take 2 questions and study hard on them and then don´t care anymore! Luckily, that was the 2 questions that came up on the test!!!! IT WAS CRAZY!!!! I was soooo ready to fail that test!!!! Don´t know yet how well I did (if I really covered all she wanted) but at least it was those 2 questions! SICK!
I´ve also met LOVELY Nakia from the new TV-show "The Voice" which both me and my roomie Anna is OBSESSED with! He tweeted about going to the NBC store for shooting some satelite TV interviews, so we went there early in the morning and of course we were first on set! HE is SUCH a nice man! LOVE him! Okay, my favorite is Jeff Jenkins but Nakia is absolutely my second favorite!

Yep, yesterday we partied because it was our last night (and we did it goood! I´ve been lying in the couch all day long! I couldn´t moove!! Hungover is to modest to say :P ), but since nothing happened we are now going out to celebrate that we are alive! There´s nothing better to celebrate, right!?

The Baby
I was the youngest child so I got by with more.
I guess she was tired by the time I came along.

Today Anna and I went to IKEA in Brooklyn!
It was AWESOME!
It really felt like a piece of home! I started to cry when we came to the restaurant part!
I ate Swedish meatballs, with washed potatoes, lingonberryjam and "gräddsås" ("creamsauce" sounds weird :P) It was soooo good!
Everything really was so IKEA! I bought alot of candles that reminds me of my mum (she loves candles and she always buy these scented candles from Ikea and always makes everything so cosy with the candles.. <3)
When we came to the Swedish food department we went CRAZY!
They had everything we wanted! (have to take this part in Swedish :P )
Kaviar, Kanelbullar, äppelkaka, Svensk choklad, gräddsås, Singoalla kex, senapssill, Svenskt kaffe, Svenskt bröd, flädersaft mm! SO LOVELY!!!!!
I LOVE IKEA!!!

Mid-term tomorrow...
The day is tomorrow... I´m having a Business mid-term tomorrow and now I´m sitting here studying (you notice i´m good at it, right? ;)
Well, I feel that I already know most of it since it about things we´ve already been talking about. Just gonna read my notes once or twice tonight and then once or twice tomorrow.. I LOVE that it´s already thursday tomorrow so when i´m leaving the test tomorrow i´m going home for the weekend! SO AMAZINGLY NICE!!!! :D
This weekend it´s the "Eurovision Song Contest" (an european music contest) and Anna and me are going to a bar around Times Square where they are going to show it :) We will probably meet alot of scandinavian people there which actually is nice sometimes!

Jag har inte lust att bloggstrejka! Tycker det är föör kul att blogga :P
I lördags träffade Anna och jag Jim Belushi (Han i "According to Jim"/Jims värld och massa annat!)
Shiit vad jag skakade när han skrev sin autograf på mitt lilla kvitto från CVS/Pharmacy! HAHA! Shiiit! Bilder kommer så fort jag fått som från min kamera till USB- minnet!
För övrigt har det varit en lugn helg... För första helgen sen jag flyttade hit hade vi ingenting planerat! I fredags kom min klasskompis Magnus över så vi kunde signa upp för sommarens klasser...
I lördags förutom att träffa Jim Belushi var vi ute och gick i timmar... Bara runt runt i denna underbara stad :) Vi var bl.a nere vid Hudson River (älskar att vara där nere!!!), Meatpacking district, The Village, Greenwich Village och vid Washington Square Park. Underbar park! :)
Vi kom hem vid halv 10 på kvällen och då hade vi tjejkväll! :) Vi drack drinkar medans vi gjorde hårinpackning och ansiktsmask :) Så tjejigt av oss ;)
I söndags gick jag ut i solskenet och pluggade i Central park vilket var as skönt!
Sen var vi duktiga och gick och tvättade! Sängkläder och hela kittet! SÅÅÅ duktiga ju!
Nu tänker jag bloggstrejka!
Japp, jag går ut i bloggstrejk nu! Folk efterfrågar bilder och säger till mig att blogga oftare etc.
Själv har jag efterfrågat kommentarer!!!!!!
Det är inte roligt att skriva en massa och aldrig få en kommentar! Jag ser ju att jag har massa läsare varje dag men aldrig en jävla kommentar!
Så när jag börjar få lite kommentarer då kommer jag tillbaka! Det kan vara om en vecka eller en månad, NI BESTÄMMER HUR NI SKA HA DET!
My new tattoo! <3
Yep, I hung out with Jacob and Rebecca yesterday during their vacation here in NYC.
All of a sudden I decided that I had to get a new tattoo (But sentence I tattoed is something i´ve wanted for a long time so that wasn´t just something I came up with!)
I looooove my new tattoo and i´m soo happy I FINALLY got it!!!! <3<3<3<3 
I looove that here in NYC you can get tattooed almost ANYTIME! I did this at 12.30am!! HAHA! LOOVE IT!
World´s greatest TV-show!
World´s greatest show is here! "The Voice" is a new show, (it will probably air in Sweden like this fall or something, just hang in there! ;) with Christina Agulera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green as the judges! The thing is that they can´t see the contestants! They sing on the stage and the judges sit with their backs against them and if the judges like what they hear they push a button and their chairs spin around. If more than 1 judge push it the judges have to convince the contestant to choose them as their teamleader. When the judges have 8 team members each they will coach their team member and in the end there will be a winner...
